Cupping
Cupping is a technique to help loosen connective tissue or fascia. This technique also helps improve circulation and prepares tissue for deeper manipulation, stretching, etc. This technique also helps reduce the appearance of cellulite, improves lymphatic flow, and much more. Cupping treatment is an excellent aid to Trigger Point Therapy, and Neuromuscular Therapy, as it prepares the tissue for deeper work.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish Massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deeper layers of muscle tissue.
Neuromuscular Massage
Neuromuscular Therapy is the utilization of static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons, and connective tissue) to balance the central nervous system.
Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger point therapy is a bodywork technique that involves the application of pressure to tender muscle tissue to relieve pain and dysfunction in other parts of the body. It may also be called myofascial (myo meaning muscle, fascial meaning connective tissue) trigger point therapy.
Assisted Stretching
Short on time? Try assisted stretching on the table. No strapping down!
This is done on the massage table for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes. This can be done with any custom bodywork listed above. Do you sit at a desk? It addresses tight shoulders, neck, hips, arms, ankles, or any other body part that is stressed. This is also a great option for people with flexibility challenges.

Thai Body Work
Thai Massage consists of slow and rhythmic compression along with stretching and joint opening movements that resemble assisted yoga positions. One aspect of work in Thai Massage is similar to what in Western terminology should be called peripheral stimulation. The term "Thai Massage" means something different than what is called “massage” in the Western world.
During the session the client remains fully clothed lying on a mat on the floor. The practitioner uses their thumbs, palms, feet, elbows, and knees to press, pull and stretch, all the while guiding the recipient into assisted yoga postures, with the practitioner remaining focused on their own body-center. In areas of tension, the pressure can be held for a longer time.
This combination of slow movements and focused awareness creates a sense of flowing dance around and with the recipient's body. Sometimes it is called "yoga for lazy people". It is good both for receiver as well as for the giver.
The session is tailored according to the individual needs and body condition of the receiver. The pressure strength might be soft, medium, or hard depending on sensitivity, flexibility, and level of muscular tension but also on age and health condition. The same principle applies to stretching techniques.
Full sessions last 1.5 - 2 hours. It is so because techniques of Thai massage are performed in slow pace and cover the whole body, from feet to the head and face.
